Free Shipping on all purchases!

All of our garment are handmade and made to order.  Please allow 4-6 weeks  to receive your order. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.

Once your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and all shipping details.

Signature upon delivery is not required; Ooshie is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.

For returns and exchanges we do not provide prepaid shipping labels. 
Because we happily offer free shipping, shipping cost will be deducted on all return orders.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from receiving your item(s) to send your unworn merchandise back. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels. For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns on unworn item(s)

To return your item, please ship from your local post office. Ensure that your order number is enclosed so that we can issue the refund to the correct customer.

• Please email info@ooshie.com with the subject line “Return” and include your order number. We will then email you the return shipping address.
•  We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
• Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection of an item.
• We recommend that you secure a tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure we received the returned merchandise.
• Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt of item for your refund to process on full price items only.
