Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be process. Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and details.
All orders will be shipped via standard ground unless otherwise specified. Rates will apply. Signature upon delivery is not required, therefore Ooshie is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages.
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. We do not ship weekends or holidays.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We honor exchanges only. We gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase (including weekend and holidays) of receiving your order. The item(s) must be unworn nor wash and in it's originally condition.
Sales and discounted items are not exchangeable.
To make an exchange:
1. Please email email@example.com ( subject exchange) informing us that you would like to make an exchange and request an exchange authorization form.
2. Once form has been emailed, print out form and complete exchange form. include with the item(s)
Store credit will be issued to be used towards your next order. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We recommend that you secure tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure we received the merchandise you are exchanging.
