How do I determine my size?
Not sure about your size?
We offer size charts within each of our product pages.
We use US size scale. 

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Delivery times can vary based on your shipping destination.

We offer delivery Monday - Friday via USPS (for Domestic orders) We do not offer delivery or process orders  on Saturdays and Sundays.


Orders placed Friday- Sunday will ship out the following business day, excluding holidays.

If you desire Express shipping on domestic  orders (2nd Day or Overnight shipping options) please email us directly support@ooshie.com

Can I change contents within my order?

If you would like to change the contents in an order, please contact our customer service team at support@ooshie.com Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay (on mobile only), PayPal, and ShopPay.

Will tax be applied?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed in checkout

Do you offer Return/ Exchanges?

We do not allow exchanges on orders only returns within 14 days from receiving your order(s).

Please email support @ooshie.com  Subject line “ Return and Order Number “ to start the return process.

Please note we do not provide prepaid shipping labels. Return item must unworn.


Refund on Return Items
There will be a $10 restocking and $15.00 Shipping fee will be deducted from return orders.

Please allow 1 days for processing time and allow 5-7 business to receive your refund. If you do not see refund after 7 business days please contact your bank

There are no refunds on sale items or orders purchased with gift cards

How can I check the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. When your orders ships out, you will receive a tracking number.

 

How do I redeem a promotional code?
Discount codes should be applied in checkout. Please note we can not apply any discount code after an order has been placed. Discount codes do not work on sale product.

First time shopper discount code
Please click ( insert sign up ) to sign up for a first time customer discount code.

How much are shipping cost Domestic/ International Orders 
We offer free ground shipping for domestic (U.S) orders.
We do not ship internationally at this time. Soon!


Lost or Stolen Package 
if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it

Please contact us at support@ooshie.com and we will due our best to help locate your package

Note: We do not take responsibility for lost / damage packages that show a successful delivery to order address.
