Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full-priced items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. For sanitary reasons, returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return:
1. Email support@ooshie.com with the subject line: “Return (Your Order Number)”.
2. Our team will provide the return shipping address.
3. Ship the item(s) back via your local post office. Please include your order number inside the package.
Important Notes:

We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns or exchanges.

A $15 shipping fee and $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Ooshie is not responsible for items lost in transit.
